Den er faktisk ret enkel. Laks, creame cheese, lidt kapers og en skive tomat &#8230; Her har vi tilf\u00f8jet lidt ekstra godt i form af dilddressing med friskrevet peberrod&#8230; pr\u00f8v selv at lave den og brug hvilken som helst bagel. I det her opslag har vi valgt en Fuldkorn Rug Bagel fordi den er ekstra sund og fyld med m\u00e6ttende fuldkorn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Du skal bruge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 bagel pr. person <br \/>(her er brugt en Bagel Fuldkorn Rug)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Fyld:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">R\u00f8get el. gravet laks<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Cream cheese<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Tomater<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dressing:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Creme Fraise<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Kapers og el. frisk revet peberrod<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Flydende dild eller frisk dild<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Tilberedning<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dressing:<br \/>Start med rive peberroden fint og bland en skefuld op med lidt creme fraise. Smag dressingen til med salt, peber og flydende eller frisk dild.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sandwich:<br \/>Sk\u00e6r din bagel over og lun den i ovnen eller i en br\u00f8drister 2-3 min. Du kan v\u00e6lge at riste den \u00e5bne bagel s\u00e5 snitfladen bliver spr\u00f8d, eller du kan opvarme den &#8220;lukket&#8221; bagel s\u00e5 den forsat er bl\u00f8d indvendig.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sm\u00f8r b\u00e5de over og under bagel med cream cheese. Fordel laks, dressing og store skiver med tomat p\u00e5 den nederste halvdel og slut af kapers og lidt sort peber.
