Sk\u00e6r bagelen over og sm\u00f8r begge halvdele med et gener\u00f8st lag cream cheese. L\u00e6g derefter et lag fint snittet r\u00f8d spidsk\u00e5l p\u00e5 den nederste halvdel. Fordel tynde skiver af mango ovenp\u00e5, og tils\u00e6t rustikke stykker af mozzarella. Top med lidt r\u00f8d kl\u00f8ver eller en anden form for syre, og krydr med salt og peber efter smag.
